Was this with both mounting holes used or just one?
Except for the fact that I have camera equipment that can last 10000 sessions and never get wrecked no matter how much movement. The metal is either not cured properly or softer than the metal from the hands free they made. They are sending a new one, but I doubt this will be fixed with a new unit, but maybe they made new versions with stronger screw holes. We will see and I will update. But two usesā¦ jeeeze thatās less than 10 minutes lol of use.
Beyond this though, WOW what a machine. Some odd choices with design stuff which make this thing more prone to breakingā¦ but it is insanely powerful.
did you guys were able to get ur handy 2 replaced for thread issues? I just got my handy 2 and scare to mount it..not sure if its a batch problem or design problem
My 2nd wave H2P has been fine desk mounted. I tighten the screw before each use.
