I had plugged mine in once, charged it to full, then some six weeks or so later when the charge had dipped to single figures I found it would not charge when connected for the second time. There is no visible damage, the port is not loose or anything and it still works while plugged in, the battery just does not take any charge whatsoever.
Over on the other thread (Handy2 Pro Not Charging - #22 by handyAlexander) they have admitted that they had a “bigger problem than we first thought” and have made changes to the next batch.
