I’m having the same issue the other post had.
I go to https://www.handyfeeling.com/ and run through the sync function.
The handy goes up when the graph goes down and down when the graph goes up.
I’m in sync, but backwards.
Invert the motor through the on-boarding app:
You could use something like the remote control to make sure if it’s an inverse movement issue or sync issue. Nudge the stroke range upwards and see if the device is nudged up or down. If it’s not an inverse movement issue, it might be a sync issue that just happens to seem like it lines up backwards.
