My device has recently started to make a strange noise (not every time I use it). It sounds like something is bouncing or rattling while sliding along the rail. Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows what might be causing it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
I think that means it’s time to grease the rails
One of the rails inside has broken free of its plastic retainer and is irreparable. This happened on my first Handy and after trying to repair it unsuccessfully I ended up buying a new Handy.
