I have been using Handy with Fleshlights and it works great. If you’ve already got one, all you need is an adapter, which is pretty easy to get 3D printed.
Seems a little heavy on the thing, but I’ve never had issues. Removing the cap helps.

Looks kind of interesting.
I tossed mine, thought it had way too much and boring texture. Like many sleeves just a bunch of bumps.
After looking at some of the sleeves in this thread and checking the Handy recommended weight information, I placed an order for the two sleeves below. I’ve been using them for a few weeks as my main Handy sleeves, and they have easily become my new favorites. I like that there are different entries for different sensations. The Handy moves them with no issues, even with fast scripts. I’ve read that onaholes can be too tight for people with above average girth, but I have not had those issues with these sleeves.

Just want to say that I recently got the Autumn Falls Quickshot as my first non handy branded sleeve and it’s so much better than any handy sleeve I’ve tried. I went back to use a handy sleeve and it just wasn’t as good. I highly recommend and I’m sure the other quickshots are good too will probably be buying more at some point. I am still looking for a good sleeve for long sessions, but that’s probably up to me to experiment with.

Wondering who else would like to see a natural textured sleeve? There’s no shortage of nubs, ribs, and bumps used to give a sleeve texture. What I’m proposing is a subtle natural feeling texture. Ona hole offers something like this, but I’ve found there sleeves don’t work so well with the handy.
Note the texture used to add detail to the vagina.
Using this same technique to texture the canal of the sleeve.
A great implementation of this would be a mouth simulator. Smooth on the roof of the sleeve, with a texture on the bottom half.

I speak for myself but I think the texture on the opening is more for visual stimulation as I don’t expect I would feel much sensation from the added texture there. However, I am totally all for a less stimulating sleeve that is not just nubs and bumps, as often I need to flip the base handy sleeve inside out in order get through a video. I like your idea about having one side smooth and the other textured as it gives the users options to where they want more stimulation.
I recently bought the Tenga Spinner Soft Pixel, and the rating indicated it was the lowest stimulation but it was still a lot for me. I have read the Handy Lotus sleeve should also less stimulating, so I’m looking forward to trying that.
It would need 3 more features:
The heat part is needed as that gives extra sensation and makes it noticed better. The versatile movement is however going to be the most noticed (and is also the most difficult to achieve as patterns are complex).
But the last one: self lubrication. It might sound simple. But the key here is to barely have enougn lubrication going on, yet enough to not cause friction to resist too much. And the lube used even matters here (for a tongue it must be a thin lube). And this means 2 lube types: Actual lube and water. The water is needed to refesh the lube and dillute it again after its about to try up. With a good system you barely need actual lube as the water can maintain a good level for a long time.
It would be great if it could be made though. And i think that some of these things can already be made (but for some reason simply just arent)
Self heating would be a tuff one, do to the need of a power source. The same goes for self lube. A pump with a power source would be needed.
I also use the lube water combo, can’t be beat IMOP. A simple solution you might try, and this is something I do. Rinse the sleeve with warm water before use, but don’t dry the inside. Leaving it wet adds the water side of the lube, and you don’t loose any heat from the warm water rinse.
The OSR2/SR6 have modules for heating and lube.
The only part it misses is the versatile movement of the tongue. And obviously it would be welcome if it was cheaper 
But do note that how it adds the lubrication isnt exactly what i described. Lube/water ratios do matter for realism. And in most cases it only needs to add water. While you can premix it, getting a proper ratio isnt as easy as it sounds as during action the ratios change (a lot of lube sticks, yet the water vaporizes away).
The location where it gets added doesnt realy matter a lot when you have vaginal sleeve as it will ensure a good spread, but for a tongue based system this might be more complex.
The OSR2/SR6 is for that reason a good simulation for vaginal sex, but for blowjobs still lacks.
Could you provide a link to the adapter? I’ve found a couple on the various 3D printing model sites, but I’d prefer to go with one that’s confirmed to work well with the Handy.

Supposedly it’s the same, apart from some branding. The specific one I got printed just had the Handy logo on the side.

I’d be behind that. I pretty much just use the true grip but the smooth side. I’ve always hated ribbed and dotted condoms and I don’t get on much better with sleeves like that. Even a smooth nub at the entrance to the sleeve to simulate that glorious tongue glide/pressure would be great.
I’ve tried all three by now. Crysta is a very good Tenga series.
Leaf is by far my favorite. Spiral tunnel texture always do the trick. It is narrow at the entrance making tip strokes very stimulating.
Ball requires some positioning. At certain rotation it feels odd to hit those plastic balls but at others, it is amazing. And it’s the most stimulating Crysta to me.
Cube is a bit meh. It is tight and stiff. The blocky texture… I guess I just don’t like it. I never enjoyed Tenga products with this kind of blocky texture. They all feels intense but not very comfortable.
A very good thing about Crysta is that they can be strapped in place very well on the slider. And they are fleshy enough to provide some impact on your abdomen. This is a spicy feature of heavy Onaholes and it’s a luxury to have on something so light.
Downsides is that the ceiling is too thin and it deforms after uses. I’m a bit worried I’ll penetrate through it one day.

The Dillion Harper Crush fleshlight was recommended for bigger guys but so far I don’t really like any part of it. (5)
The Handy gen2 is the STU of handy sleeves. Especially when they get a little softer over time. (9)
Oxballs Screwed sleeve split down the middle after trying to stretch it out. So avoid that at all costs. (1)
Everything Tenga makes is too small. I tried the spinner and flex but they’re both way too small to feel any texture. (3)
Romp Dash doesn’t retain lube well and has vertical ridges that give a sensation of chafing. I hate it. (2)
Vulcan ripe vagina is basically a mini fleshlight. It’s made out of a variant of cyberskin so lube retention and texture feel are problems. Out of the container it’s pretty good and only slightly too short for me. It’s stretchy and holds in place well in a larger container on the handy once inserted (6.5)
Satisfyer Men Sleeve - Tornado Bliss sleeve. I like it. It’s really cheap and a fun texture. Turn the sleeve around to have the “tornado” part rubbing the right parts. It’s a little heavy and long for the Handy so I made a 2 sleeve adapter, with 2 straps, to keep it in place (8 manually but 9 with slow scripts on the handy)
Medium open handy sleeve. I don’t know what they were thinking with this one. I cut it in half and used it as a soft cockring a few times. I guess it’s fine for that. (1)
Quickshots feel great but are way too short and a little tight inside the casing. I had to cut the top part of the casing off so I wouldn’t hit the hard plastic edges constantly. It’s also creates an unavoidable mess. The material feels great through. (5)
Kink Perfect Pussy XL. Extremely heavy and long with a very tight opening. Only works well when it’s wedged in a couch or something. It also requires an annoying vacuum seal so it’s a hassle to squeeze all the air out without also squeezing out the lube. (3)
2 Gen1 Handy sleeves. I cut the top of a gen1 Handy sleeve and used 2 on top of eachother. I use 2 straps on the handy or just use it manually. It feels amazing but it’s a hassle to setup and maintain in position. (feels manually like 9.5 but works handsfree like a 6)
The handy lips sleeve is way too tight at the top. It squeezes all the blood back into my body which turned into a wet noodle fest. I tried stretching it but that made little holes on the top of the sleeve. I used a soldering iron to melt those holes back into a smooth top. After deciding it was not for me I cut off the top and used it upside down which didn’t help either. (2)
Edit: Half a year later and I’ve thrown out everything but 2 sleeves. I’m only using the Handy gen2 for fast scripts and the Satisfyer Tornado of Bliss for slow scripts.
