But does anyone have any tips and tricks to keep the sleeve from being pushed or pulled out of the strap.
I do have the gen 2 strap and its a little better than the orginial but it still happens on every use unless i tighter the strap to a point that its too much and i dont wnjoy the experience.
I am a little on the longer thicker side of things not sure if that makes a difference or not.
As the Gen 2 sleeve is best thought of as a vacuum sleeve to a degree in my view so once inserted fully into it all the air and stuff in it should then stay in it and it shouldn’t easily let go of yourself. As a result if you are having it pull nearly all the way out then it will deform and squish itself because…it can’t get any air into it to replace what yourself takes up that’s nearly gone. So to reduce this you can reduce the maximum height of it’s strokes so it deforms and squishes itself less and thus the strap has more to hold without tightening too much. As time passes of this and it deforming the sleeve for me gained a natural squish point of where it will roll till it then flattens itself which is also where the strap for me holds the sleeve best.
Maybe doing the same for yourself might help but also you could look at a more stretchy band as the ones on the Handy store don’t really stretch well. These bands I think are the ones to use as better replacement ones and I use them for my SR6: Trilancer Elastic Cinch Straps
Hope this helps though also something to keep in mind is that you can change out the Handy’s mount to something else so you can put on onaholes and such if they don’t weigh too much.
