So I tried to use my Handy tonight. Opened up the Handyverse app, saw that it was being discontinued and that a new app was being used instead. Downloaded it, and had to run a configuration- I thought it was a bit weird, but whatever. The process gets until the end, then says something along the lines of “can’t proceed from FW3” or something similar.
Now if I try to connect my Handy to the app, I get this message. Any ideas on how to fix this, if it’s fixable?
Edit: Should probably also mention that UID was set to NOTSET after the first incident, and I’ve been troubleshooting this for the past hour or so. No luck.
I’m also an idiot and forgot to write down my key the last time I had to change it, so I don’t have it and can’t connect to change it.
