Hey! As you can tell I waited for a bit, but got no reply. There’s probably not many people that have fully disassembled theirs since most break under warranty, but a few days ago I managed to disassemble and repair mine 
By the way you’ll need a Torx T10 screwdriver and a #2 hex key.
Essentially, if you follow this guide (Modding kiiro Keon to work with power supply socket instead of Battery) to take off the front panel all you really need to do is unplug all the wires from the Motherboard (Take pictures/ a video as you disassemble, reassembling is harder than disassembling). Then you unscrew the motherboard (And put it to the side) and unscrew most of the screws on the Keon until you can easily slide the part with the motor out. From there you can kinda look around and try to diagnose. What is yours doing? If it’s similar to my issue then all you’ll need to do is loosen the top bolts on the center rod then slide it as far in down into the motor as you can, then tighten it to hold it in place.
By the way, a part that had me stumped for 3 hours was that you can’t really test to see if the mechanism will really work until you atleast partially reassemble it. If you try while it’s disassembled the Keon’s motherboard will think there’s a mechanical fault. It’ll do that slide down thing it does when it starts up, but it’ll stick there. It went away once I reassembled it though.
