help me crack this mod, the hint that i don’t understand are these:

can someone tell me what this hint is on about ? is this 영타로 reffering to korean keyboard ?
For me the page is showing as uh…removed because legal reasons.

I get the same as rat. Is kinda funny. Being in computers all my life, I have never seen a splash page like that.

well basically the the hint is there on top of the random keyword (bottom of the screenshot), and the download link are this after u decode the random alphabet etc.
but to download there is a password for it, and they only give a hint which is the
7z + 헤르타 영타로. but i have no clue what the korean word mean.
I think it has something to do with herta and tarot cards or signs
Based on google I get it’s like young Herta Tarot
i try using chat gpt it says “Hertha in English typing” but it’s not working maybe i get it wrong.
and idk what this tarot is all about
only this word 영타로 that seems hard to translate by gpt or either papago, i don’t get the context with this word
