My issue is trying to get intiface working with the Handy. Any troubleshooting steps is greatly appreciated.
I have connected the Handy to intiface via bluetooth and can get it to toggle oscillation in the intiface software allowing the Handy to move.
When then connecting intiface to other sources (such as Vibe Games by wompi72) it is able to connect and is shown in intiface and in the game but no movement.
I did get it work with Multifunplayer through intiface but I am still struggling with any other source.
So with how the commands work with buttplug.io theres different calls for different toys, handy works with the linear protocol while the game you linked operates via the vibrate protocol.
I think the only reason multifun works (correct me if im wrong) is i beleive the application treats the scripts as if they have no designation and you assign them manually cause they all have the same basic code of a scaling variable between 1-100.
Ideally if you got into the base code of the game you might be able to convert all the commands over (may have to invert them cause of how vibrate works) but thats a maybe.
Thanks for explaining it! Didn’t consider that could be the case but it makes perfect sense now.
My original game to sync was the X-Change Life game which does have Handy support but I could not get it working in there in the same way even after connecting which is why I was trying to get it to work in other games alas to no avail.
Will just have to keep on trying! Thank you so much!
