This is one of the reasons why I created CHP (currently in a full rewrite and expansion). Breaking down Cock Hero and Fap Hero into levels and adding some fun in between can help in experiencing the whole Cock Hero/Fap Hero. Its totally normal to be unable to complete the full challenge in one shot.
