I wonder what setup do you all use for VR multi-axis scripts?
Devices I have:
SR6, Meta Quest 3, and PC
I’ve tried
Using SLR’s official guide (steam vr+DeoVr+enable remote) and successfully linked to my sr6, but all the results I got from a multi-axis content is single axis.
MultiFunPlayer (v1.33.1) connected to sr6 and DEO vr. I got the multi axis script playing multi axis after manually dragging them into MFP and click the video to play in the DLNA folder in DEOVR. BUT the video constantly has a loading circle and my meta controllers freeze.
I’ve only had luck with heresphere installed on quest3, and local files on comp(both vid and scripts), mfp(1.33.1) set up with a smb.
If you can get your multiaxis working if you drag and drop its prob that you need to set up mfp script repositories so your headset knows where to grab the scripts from (at least I had to do that with heresphere)
And sadly yes I’ve needed to add every video file folder individually for it to work
I use multifunplayer with deovr. I am wired with a link cable and quest 3. In deovr I just go to my folders option at the bottom and navigate to the folder the video and script are located. I believe with deovr there is a remote-control setting that has to be turned on in the settings, but it’s been a bit so no positive.
See that checkbox within “script libraries”, select that and it recursively adds all folders etc within the folder, so for example, you could just add “D:\fun\vids\Xt Player vids” select the check box and all files inside the folder will work
Check out Stash and Stash-VR. Still requires Heresphere and MultiFunPlayer, and it takes some work to get up and running. Once that’s all set up it’s pretty fantastic.

I got Heresphere desktop version on Steam / Itch and use it through PCVR streaming (via SteamLink / VirtualDesktop). This way everything happens on my PC and I don’t have to fiddle with script directories.
