Let’s say there are cam shows for multiple viewers, where your toy synchronizes with the way the performer uses a dildo, where the tracking is accurate and there is no noticeable delay. Where you could also chat with the performer and be able to tell them exactly how you like it.
If this existed, how much would you realistically be willing to pay for it?
I created 2 polls, the first for 1 payment per show and the second for a subscription for multiple shows per month.

I doubt 99% of poeple would pay for it. There’s an association between camsites and being free to watch, mostly because paid stuff is often seen as an extra.
I see the ability to have your toy synchronized to the performers actions 1-to-1 as that extra feature which would increase the value, over existing cam sites.
With regular videos, people can pirate them, so it makes sense that there are free sites which relies on ads. However, you can’t pirate a live experience, so it doesn’t seem out of place to have a cam site which requires a subscription.
Of course, it would have to be treated the same as premium porn, with increased production value and well known performers. Especially with features that keeps the viewer engaged, such as a built-in UI for voting.
For example, if the performer had prepared 5 different outfits, when there is time to vote for the outfit, you could see 5 panels appear on the screen, each with a picture of her in one of the outfits. As it counts down, you could see how many people are voting for each outfit.
Another idea would be to have a wheel appear on the screen, with the names of the viewers. Once it stops on a name, she does something for that viewer, such as writing their name on her body with a maker.
Those are the kind of features that would make it more premium, which would be fun and engaging for the viewers. Where you feel like each time you join a cam show you know you will have a good time.

There is great potential in both a dildo that can sense touch and a stroker that can sense depth. For interactive live shows, it opens up for the possibility of male performers using fleshlights. Then the viewer just need to attach a dildo to an interactive toy and the roles are reversed.
