That said — you’re right that it could work. The core logic is hardware-agnostic really. With a thrusting attachment instead of a sleeve, the same session control and biofeedback principles would apply just fine.
I’ll be honest, I come from a generation where male and female at birth was just the way things were, so I don’t have much personal connection to the AFAB terminology — but I mean no disrespect by that, it’s just my background. No judgment from my side at all!
