Is the filesharing site Hotlink dot cc legit?

Hotlink is one of those filesharing sites where if you visit as a free guest your download speed is throttled, and you can only get trailers/teasers of the content.

If you pay for premium membership, you can download at full speed and get the complete content.

Has anyone used this site? Is it legit to pay for a premium membership?

I ain’t touching it with a barge pole while other options exist where I don’t need to sign in to get access to download and I wonder who would upload to it considering that as any porn sharing site used stuff like Rapidgator since it had a free option and a premium option, but free didn’t require an account. (Plus they probably got a small kickback from them via referral links)

People who upload content to Hotlink get paid when their content is downloaded often. I’m not looking for an alternative filesharing service, I’m actually interested in content that is offered on Hotlink and willing to pay for it, therefore my question if Hotlink is legit.
