Hi! I just got the Handy Fast Charger delivered. I’ve tried to unhook the EU plug, but it won’t work, no matter that I keep the red button pushed up and pull up. Has anyone find a solution or a way to detach it?
The adapter slides off the same side the red button/latch is on
Looking straight at the red dot:
- unlock/push the red button to the side (red arrow)
- keep holding the button and pull the plug/adapter towards yourself (white arrow).
The US-plug can then be folded out.
