How can I cut the node indicated by the arrow in Figure 1 to the position indicated by the arrow in Figure 2 ？ 
Sorry I’m not sure what you mean by the question, but if you want to move the section from one place to the other you can just select the points you want and then Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v them where you want.
if you want to shift them up or down on the same position you just select them the points and shift them up or down to where you want them, you can setup key shortcuts to help you with that if you go to Options > keys > Moving 
Thank you for your reply. What I meant to say is about the editing and merging between two different scripts. I have already solved this problem. Using FunClipper, I can merge them
