Kiiroo Keon can't connect to Intiface/XToys

Hello, I just bought a Kiiroo Keon and I spent an hour and a half yesterday trying to get this damn thing to connect to my laptop by any means. I want to use it to run local video/funscripts. I can connect it to the FeelConnect app but when I try to connect it to Intiface, it won’t detect the device when scanning under the Devices tab, but in the log it shows that it is found.

Then when I try to connect it to XToys, it’s able to connect but with zero output from the device.

I have no problem connecting Lovense toys with Intiface and XToys so I don’t think it’s a bluetooth issue. I’ve read a couple posts saying it could be a firmware issue but that was years ago. Hell, I can’t even connect it to the Haptics Connect app. Does anyone have any possible fixes? I’m desperate here T-T

I’m havint the same issue still. I just bought my Keon and received it, didn’t even know the device was a new one. If I knew it was some new iteration I would have just gotten a handy instead.
