Looking for a solid SR6 Desk Mounting Option

Just got my SR6 yesterday, but I haven’t been able to give it a proper use with the included desk mount (The angle is weird, maybe there is a way to change the initial position?). I’m looking for a solid desk mounting option that is easily removable and doesn’t require me to screw any holes into my desk, what I’ve been looking into so far are monitor arm mounts and it’s what I’m leaning towards. If anyone has any recommendations of any monitor arm mounts, please link them, or if you have any other suggestions, let me know!

Pretty important to note that I don’t own a 3D printer and can’t print anything myself, so no DIY recommendations please.

assuming the sr6 uses the same mounting options as the osr2 I used this and just turned the arm upside-down works like a dream

Took some measurements on my SR6 and the mount would seem like a good fit! Just ordered it, thanks a ton! Did the arm mount come with screws to attach it to the SR6? If not, what hardware did you use?

Yes this works great and I can highly recommend this setup for the sr6 too

How’d that arm end up working out for you? Did you need to buy scrwes or anything extra?

Hey sorry to necro this thread, I’m curious if using a monitor arm like this requires using it upside down? My understanding is the gas powered arms are constantly lifting up but with my setup I would need the arm upright

Gas powered arms are unlikely to hold up against the force an SR6 produces unless they have an way of locking them in place.
I recently saw an monitor mount recommended in the General Chat channel. After purchasing it myself, it’s been working well for me via being very stiff unless I’m trying to move it, I did notice there’s an arm version but it’s out of stock:

I see thanks for the info, yeah i’m currently using this guy here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09LJ146CT?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Which is quite stable. But the screws make an ungodly sound when things start shaking too much (nails on a chalkboard esque). Was mostly wondering if the gas mounts are worth trying at all. I’ll start just trying some new screws and maybe some wd40 on mine.
