Manual control in osr/2

Hi, I’m desperately looking for a solution to my problem. I’d like to be able to use my OSR/2 without any video or funscript. I’d like to be able to do something basic: control the up and down movement to make it go faster or slower. I’ve tried MultiFunPlayer but I can’t control it manually. The only solution I’ve been able to find is to use a video with VLC and increase or decrease the speed of the video, and it does something similar to what I want. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

You should be able to control it manually with Intiface Central. I don’t have access to mine right now, but pretty sure you can toggle oscillation in the device tab and control the length of stroke.

It’s possible using Krull’s firmware to create five motion patterns, and switch among them with physically wired buttons. You’d need to source some buttons, print a holder for those buttons, and add the wiring. And you’d need to flash new firmware. If any of those steps give you pause, just keep looking for a software solution.

Thanks everyone for responding.

@Thanny I was actually looking for a software solution, since I can practically already do what I want through software, and I think what I’m looking for should be even simpler without the need for additional hardware (maybe I’m wrong).

@47dahc I’ve installed Intiface Central, and it seems quite complex to get it working. I’ll take a closer look and read more about this software to understand it better.

@smeedler I quite like avya stroker, although there are some things I’m not convinced about. 1. It depends on a website that can crash. I prefer downloadable software. 2. There are too many options, and I have a bit of a hard time understanding how it works. Perhaps because I don’t speak English, I find it a bit difficult to use. Maybe I’ll get used to it after using it for a while. 3. When you want to speed up and down, it’s not very fast, and when you’re busy looking at other things, opening the page and selecting the two BPM points is a bit… slow… anticlimactic… I’d like something like a + and - button, instead of a slider, so I can gradually increase or decrease the speed quickly. Even so, with everything I’ve said, it’s the closest thing to what I’m looking for. Maybe I’m asking too much.

Thank you all so much for responding so quickly. It’s truly appreciated.

This web-based player is even simpler; it may prove useful:

@Vespera Thanks for the reply. That page is similar to what I’m looking for.

@smeedler I’ve also done more research on Ayva Stroker, and it’s very good. I’ve seen a lot of information and guides on how to use it. After trying it, I think it works perfectly for me.

I think these two tools solve my problem.

Thank you all very much.
