It replaces the default open receiver on the Lite (Open model). You simply remove the original open receiver and install this one instead.

Sorry for the multiple replies, but I recently received my mirabot lite and I had found a defect with one of the arms, where it is frozen. I had just filled out the contact form about it but saw that there was a specific email for replacement requests, service@mirabotx.com. However, when I tried to send an email with a video of my Mitabox, it failed to send. I just wanted to know if I would be fine with just sending the contact form.

Just a small correction: our support email is service@mirabotx.co.jp (not .com).
Could you please try sending the email again to this address? If the video file is too large, you can also upload it somewhere and send us the link.

Regarding your question about setting a max and min range for a funscript in MiraPlay AiO: at the moment, this feature is not available in the Video Sync mode yet. I will discuss this with our development team, and if possible, we will consider adding this feature in a future update.

I have received the device

I have tried the mirabot APP, but it requires videos on the smartphone

I want to play the funscript only, and have the video played on another device, it’s currently not possible?

what app to use to connect to PC? on kiroo I used the Intiface which uses buttplug

Does mirabot lite work with buttplug? if not how can I connect to PC?

Hi, thanks for the questions.

At the moment, MiraPlay AiO doesn’t support funscript-only playback (script without a video loaded in the app).
This feature is planned for the update after the upcoming Wi-Fi (UDP) connection update. We’ll announce it in the MiraPlay thread and on Discord once the schedule is confirmed.

For now on PC: you can use MultiFunPlayer (MFP) to play funscripts only, with the video running on another device.
Buttplug / Intiface are not supported. MiraBot uses TCode (multi-axis), which is structurally different from Buttplug (mainly single-axis toys).

Can i turn off axis assist soo i can have single axis scripts just like they were intended to be

And secound is
Can mirabot lite handle fleshlight mini lotus on site it says it weigh 738g soo its 38g over the limit dont know if it helps that i use it on 50 to 60%

  1. About single-axis scripts / axis assist
    If you want to run single-axis scripts exactly as intended, you don’t need Multi-axis Assist at all.
    When the device is only receiving stroke data, all other axes will stay inactive by default, so it behaves like a pure single-axis setup with stroke only.

  2. About Fleshlight Mini Lotus (738g) on MiraBot Lite
    The weight listed on the product page is a recommended load upper limit, not a hard technical limit.
    Yes, 738g can be handled, especially if you’re running at 50–60% intensity, where mechanical stress is lower.

That said, higher weight means more wear on the servo gears over time, so long sessions or long-term use at that weight can shorten servo lifespan compared to lighter sleeves.

No — you don’t need to turn anything on or off. If only stroke data is being sent, the other axes will simply stay inactive by default.
