As it was an issue for me as well, I confirm, that for my EU delivery after some time seemingly being in hiatus, suddenly my package landed in the delivering box without any extra import annoyances or costs. Cool. I’ve noticed you’re sending the units from China. I have no idea, how they do it, but unlike packages from Japan which get hard time from customs, the stuff from China is just let through. It’s quite bizarre, but I’m still glad for the comfort it brought me.

Yes, that’s correct. The price you see (MiraBot Lite + shipping) is the total cost.

Avoiding any unexpected extra fees for our customers is something we really care about.
At the moment, we ship through our logistics partner’s warehouse in China, which is why the origin may show as China. This setup has been working very reliably for us.

Thanks for the thoughtful questions — and thanks for explaining your perspective so clearly. I’ll try to answer them one by one.
1) About using MiraPlay without sexual images
At the moment, some parts of the UI include stylized, cartoon-like character avatars, and these can’t currently be disabled. That said, when we revise the UI in the future, we do want to consider a more neutral and mature visual style, and feedback like yours is definitely something we take into account.
For Gesture Sync, we’re planning to add an option in the next update to disable the background image completely, so it can be used without any background visuals.
2) About using scripts without videos
Right now, Funscript playback is tied to video files.
However, we already have a plan to add a standalone Funscript player to the Online Play system, so scripts can be used without any video. This is planned for after the Wi-Fi firmware release, and the current target is around March.
3) About Fleshlight size compatibility with the Twist holder
In theory, the Twist holder supports most Fleshlight products that use the standard interface.
To be precise, the model we’ve tested and verified is the Fleshlight Classics. Other models with the same interface and within the supported weight range should also work, but we can’t guarantee every variant without direct testing.

I see the app requires logging in, can I connect wireless to a PC?
I see a onahole adaptor, but what about fleshlights and kiroo feelstars?
There is no way to connect them?
In the included base model, can I connect a kiroo feelstar or fleshlight or I need extra accessories?

Hi, thanks for your questions! I’ll try to answer them one by one.
1) About wireless connection to PC
At the moment, our firmware supports Bluetooth LE (BLE) wireless connection.
However, to be honest, most multi-axis PC software currently does not handle BLE very well, which is why we are actively developing a Wi-Fi firmware. This will provide much better compatibility with PC software over the network.
The current plan is to release this around February.
2) About Fleshlight and Kiiroo compatibility
- Fleshlight: The Fleshlight Classics series and other products with the same interface can be mounted directly on the Twist mount.
- Kiiroo: At the moment, we don’t have a dedicated Kiiroo adapter yet. Your request makes a lot of sense, and we will seriously consider developing one.
If you want to use a Kiiroo device right now, you can temporarily use the Twist’s included open receiver (with strap) to secure it.
3) About the “base model” (Twist model)
If by “base model” you mean the Twist model:
- For Fleshlight-type products with the standard interface, no extra accessories are needed — they can be mounted directly.
- For Kiiroo, there is no dedicated adapter yet, but the included open receiver（for twist） can be used as a workaround.

About USB connection
Yes, the Lite version supports USB (Type-C) wired connection to a PC. -
About the “base model” (without Twist)
The model without Twist is what we call the Open model.
By default, it comes with a universal open receiver. This receiver uses 2 straps to hold toys (onaholes, sleeves, etc.) in place.
Because of this design, the Open model does not have a direct Fleshlight mount interface. -
If you order the basic (Open) model, what can you attach?
With the Open model, you can attach most onaholes and similar toys using the strap-based open receiver.
If you specifically want to mount Fleshlight with the standard interface, you would need the Twist model, which has the dedicated mount. -
About what’s included
During the current limited-time promotion, we also include a free onahole with the product.

If I were to attach a fleshlight for example using the straps in the open reveiver, would it work?
From our experience, a Fleshlight with the hard plastic case is quite smooth, so if you try to secure the whole unit in the open receiver using the strap, it may not be very stable and could wobble.
However, you actually reminded me of something — we can bring back the Fleshlight adapter that we sold before. It will probably take a few days to about a week to get it back online. If you’re not in a hurry, you might want to wait a few days before placing the order so you can use it with the proper adapter instead.
That will be a much more solid and convenient solution than using straps for a full Fleshlight unit.
I may be wrong, but, I believe most players require any video. It doesn’t matter what the video is as long as the run time is at least as long as the script and both files have the same name.
You could take a 5 minute video of a fireplace name the file the same as a 5 minute script and they would be played at the same time. The videondoes not have to be of a sexual nature.
I have used scriptplayer with handy and the keon and it allows to play the script with no video

Just an update, recieved the new case for the twist module and was able to install it, everything works great now. Good lil machine for sure.
