1. Shipping Issue
Yes, there was a short period, right after we launched, when our logistics were a bit chaotic. We didn’t catch the issue in time, and that was our fault. We sincerely apologized to the customer and offered compensation in the form of extra items. As for the email communication concerns, we reviewed the records and didn’t find any language issue, but we will certainly take extra care moving forward to prevent any such experience.
2. Motor Noise
The new servo motors can be a bit noisy at first due to initial friction. However, the noise generally decreases after a few cycles of use. If the issue persists, we of course promise to repair or replace the unit as part of our warranty.
3. Pricing
Besides the MiraBot hardware itself, our product also includes lifetime access to both the app and web software, plus a one-year warranty. That said, we’re also exploring a more affordable version for users who may not need these additional services.
