If you are truly Japanese, I am very sorry, but…

If you want to pretend to be Japanese using a translation tool, it would be better to study a little more.
The traces of the translation tool are very obvious in some of the videos and apps, and the product photos are reminiscent of a certain “express” online shopping site.
Some Chinese characters in certain blog posts were likely inserted without much thought, but since they’re not used in Japan, they weren’t even translated. They’re probably words used only in a specific “one” country within the Chinese character cultural sphere.
This is a common occurrence in Chinese character culture circles, where people often mistakenly assume that Chinese character words from their own country will be commonly used in other countries with the same Chinese character culture.
I won’t go into detail because if I tell you what they are, you’ll just fix them.

While it is true that this company has a legal entity in Japan, there is one country in East Asia that uses this method to conceal its nationality, and such incidents frequently occur in neighboring countries.

MiraBot uses our own custom-developed firmware, which is currently installed only on the MiraBot S6 and S2+ units we sell.
If you’re using another OSR-based device, unfortunately, it’s not yet compatible with our MiraPlay software.

However, we’re preparing to launch a subscription version of MiraPlay soon. At that time, you’ll be able to flash the compatible firmware online via our official site, and your device will work seamlessly with MiraPlay AiO(BLE connectting support) and MiraPlay Web.

To clarify, we are a legally registered company in Japan with the necessary business licenses. Our core team members are Japanese, but we also have international staff. It’s true that some aspects of our app development and website creation were handled by team members from China. If that has caused any discomfort, I sincerely apologize.

That said, this in no way affects the quality of our products or the standard of our customer service—we remain fully committed to both.

Our office is currently based in Osaka, and as our business grows, we may consider expanding to other countries in the future.

Is Miraplay using wifi or Bluetooth for wireless connection?

MiraBot provide BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) wireless connection for Miraplay AiO(both iOS & Android), and cable connection for Miraplay Web(for Chrome in both Windows and MacOS). Wifi connection is not supported for now, but pls belive me, BLE has better performance and convenience! ( `ー´)ノ

I received the SR6 I ordered from Mira,
and although I’ve only used it once, I’ll give it a review for now.

It didn’t arrive even after two weeks of ordering, and I thought I had been scammed,
but then I received a notification saying that it had been damaged during shipping and would be redelivered. The email was partly in Chinese.
At this point, I was quite suspicious, but a week later, the item itself arrived without any problems.

I already own the Handy and FunSR1 2.0.
I bought it expecting quiet performance, but it’s obviously louder than those two,
though with six servos, I guess this is about what you’d expect.

However, when I compared it to the video review of the FunOSR quiet model,

the FunOSR seems quieter.
At least the Twist mechanism is clearly quieter on the SR1 2.0.

Compared to the SR1, the case surface is smoother and seems more precise. It appears to be made with a good 3D printer.
However, the price for the SR6Pro+Twist is 82,000 yen.
The higher-end SR6 from FunOSR with Twist+Tvalve is 60,000 yen, so there’s a 20,000 yen difference.
There were no issues with playing back multi-axis scripts, and I’m satisfied, but
I don’t see much value in the 20,000 yen difference.
