MiraBot Motion Studio 1.0 is now available in MiraPlay Web.
Motion Studio is a free, parameter-based motion editor for MiraBot, OSR2+, SR6, and other compatible multi-axis SR devices. It allows users to create, combine, preview, and share multi-axis motion content without manually editing every movement point.
Instead, you can define settings such as movement range, speed, curve type, phase, and timing, then preview the combined result using motion curves and a 3D device model.
Both the Web version and the Windows client are now available. In addition to the full Motion Studio editing workflow, the Windows client provides local API support for third-party software, games, and Mods. The Motion Studio Developer Guide is also available for developers who want to integrate Motion and Session calls into their own projects.
A Different Approach to Multi-Axis Motion
Motion Studio takes a different approach from traditional timeline-based Funscript editing.
Instead of defining every movement point manually, Motion Studio generates movement from adjustable parameters. You can set the movement range, speed, curve type, phase, and other properties independently for each axis.
This makes it faster to create coordinated multi-axis patterns, particularly for users who are new to scripting or do not want to manually edit several axes point by point.
Motion Studio is not intended to replace Funscript for every use case. Funscript remains well suited to detailed, frame-specific synchronization, while Motion Studio provides a faster way to create reusable motion patterns and longer multi-axis sequences.
Motion Studio supports up to six axes:
- Stroke
- Surge
- Sway
- Twist
- Roll
- Pitch
Each axis can be configured independently. Motion curves and a real-time 3D preview help you review how the axes work together before testing the movement on your device.
Motion and Session
Motion Studio organizes content into two main formats: Motion and Session.
Motion
A Motion defines an individual movement pattern.
Osc mode is designed for continuous, repeating movement generated from parameters such as Range, BPM, Phase, Eccentricity, and curve type.
For irregular movements or actions that require more precise timing, Ramp mode allows you to define custom movement segments directly on a timeline.
Session
A Session arranges multiple Motions on a timeline to create a longer sequence.
This makes it possible to build scenes with changing speed, range, direction, and axis combinations. Video or audio can also be loaded as a timing reference when synchronized editing is required.
You can insert existing Motions into a Session or create a new Motion directly inside the Session editor when a particular section requires something unique.
Share Projects Through Motion Hub
Motion Studio also includes Motion Hub, a community area where users can publish and share their Projects.
You can browse, download, and like Projects created by other users. Downloaded Projects can be adjusted to suit your device or personal preferences, so you do not always need to build everything from the beginning.
Projects downloaded from Motion Hub may be edited for personal use, but they cannot be republished as original or derivative Projects.
Compatibility
Motion Studio is designed for MiraBot and compatible OSR devices, including OSR2+ and SR6 configurations.
The available axes and actual movement depend on the connected device, its hardware configuration, and its supported range of motion.
When testing a newly created Motion, we recommend starting with a low BPM and a small movement range, then increasing the speed and range gradually.
Web Version and Windows Client
The Web version is available now through MiraPlay Web.
It includes the complete Motion and Session editing workflow, motion curves, 3D preview, Project management, and Motion Hub access. No separate Motion Studio installation is required.
The Motion Studio Windows client is also now available.
It provides the same core Motion and Session editing workflow as the Web version, while also operating as a local motion runtime service for third-party integration.
For developers and Mod creators, the most significant addition is its local API support. Third-party software, games, and Mods can call existing Motions and Sessions through a local interface and control a connected MiraBot or compatible OSR device in real time.
Instead of recreating the complete movement path of every axis inside a game or Mod, developers can create and test the motion content in Motion Studio, then trigger it when required.

First Public Release
This is the first public release of Motion Studio.
We will continue improving the editor based on testing and community feedback. Some workflows and interface details may also be refined in future versions as more users begin creating and sharing multi-axis content.
Free for MiraBot and OSR Users
Like MiraPlay Web, Motion Studio is free for all MiraBot and OSR users.
