Multi Axis Toy vs Handy 2

I’m a huge fan of the OSR2+ and absolutely prefer it to the original handy. That said, it’s a bit louder, even with quieter servos. Additionally, it’s a hobbyist device, meaning you will have to replace parts as they ware out or break. It’s not difficult but can be a bit of a pain sometimes. The upside is that if something breaks, it’s an easy fix and relatively cheap (though the servos can be expensive depending on the quality, and you WILL eventually have to replace servos). If your Handy breaks, you’re out of luck or have to wait for the manufacturer to fix or replace the entire unit.

There’s quite a lot of multi-axis content and it seems more scripters have been adopting it recently. Even if a script is not multi-axis, you can still use the other axis with the options in MultiFunPlayer. It works very well in my experience and you can fine-tune it to your liking.

I have heard some people say they prefer the handy over the multi-axis devices. I hard disagree, but different strokes for different folks, literally.
