Need help flashing OSR2 - think maybe I bought the wrong version

I have my OSR2 assembled based on the instructions from the thingiverse post. I have this version of the ESP-32, which says “wroom” on the box, and think it may be the wrong one.

The instructions say to use the following website to flash the device https://config.hapticsconnect.com/. When I do so I am given the following error:

I then tried JCFain version selecting doit-devkit and it gives this error:

From what I can tell in device manager I have the correct driver installed:

This is solved. For anybody else who gets this error in the future, I just had to hold down the boot button while it was updating. Everything is working now.
