I had to get a replacement Keon and the new one isn’t connecting to Intiface Central. Everything I read says that it’s a firmware issue that Intiface hasn’t updated yet. Is there an alternative to intiface? Or is there a workaround for the new keon firmware? I am using an android tablet for everything.
The new Keon was supposed to be added in Intiface 2.6.8.
That is supposed to be the Version in the Play Store, can you double check that the version is the same?
I looked thru the intiface messages and they say that the 2.6.8 is only availabe for desktops right now, not android devices. Are you seeing anything new? I unistalled intiface and reinstalled, but it still comes back as 2.6.7. How do you get the newer version on devices?
Maybe they forgot to push it to play store.
You can download the APK from their GitHub and sideload it. You will have to enable APK Sideloading in the developer settings of android, if it isn’t enabled.
Not difficult to do (yet) and there are many tutorials on how to enable it.
Alternatively asking them to push the update in a Github Issue, their discord, or their discourse forum.
