Ensure the fasteners are tightened and cable connections secure. I also had twitching at idle and turns out it was a loosened screw underneath the pitch module for my OSR2+.
There’s a phrase in English that is worth pondering.
Buy once, cry once.
The idea is that it’s better to spend more money once on something of higher quality than to spend less money multiple times on something that’s less expensive but not built to last.
If you truly are having to replace a servo for the third time in a year, it’s time to consider spending more on a better servo.
I always spend more money on a better quality OSR with better servo but broke everytime
FIrst one had: broken servo and catching fire
( current one) Second one, with an external fan system and best quality servo:
the fleshlight keep poping out because the plastic part to prevent it to go out is not doing his job, so some carboard to “fix it”
And the problem for the servo is because one died, not because it don’t move anymore but because it move with no law and do what it want. So I replace it and everything work fine
Third one: Waiting for it to arrive. Expedition ongoing but 1 week without new
