Hello there everyone, I have been using the Gen 2 sleeve for about 10 months now and it’s finally time to upgrade.
I have owned/tried Gen 1, Lips and Gen 2 with the Handy 1. I had a Fleshlight Sky Bri Celestial version but never got it to work with the handy and tossed it due to mold, and used various Tenga disposables in the past by hand.
I do not have the upgraded strap, or hands-free. I am on the larger side. I did not enjoy the Gen 1 or Lips sleeve, even after poking holes to modify it. I loved the Fleshlight.
Can I please get some insights on the new Silk Sleeve? I’ve heard it’s even more difficult to stay in place with the regular strap, but it’s the largest sleeve they have so it interests me.
I know nothing about Onaholes, please send some recs, (Amazon Canada preferred)
I have the The Stamina Flow Sleeve
(https://www.thehandy.com/store/the-handy-stamina-sleeve-collection-flow-3/) and it’s good for not getting overstimulated. I’d say it would be better if it was longer. It doesn’t cover the entire length and this causes lube to get smeared out from the top. I also have issues with lube drying out, but it’s at least easy to add from the top.
The silk sleeve is amazing. very soft, but still stimulating.
Just got it. I hope they release a Gen 1 version of the silk since this one’s a bit softer and a little more flexible than the regular Gen 2, I imagine a Gen 1 version would be perfect, since it would provide just the right amount of both edging and stretch when needed.
This is just my opinion, but I think beyond a certain point of intensity , less is more in terms of texture and the weight of the sleeve has a bigger impact especially if you want the Handy to move effortlessly (less weight is better). My preference has always been the Handy Touch sleeve. Simple, not too boring, nothing crazy, open ended and lightweight.
I don’t think you’ll be wanting to use heavier sleeves if your holding the Handy. I’ve also been interested to try that silk sleeve out, but havent yet. If your open to open ended sleeves (lol) I recommend the Coral and Pearl sleeves or try a quickshot vantage without the case (can be too tight with it)
3D printer. That’s the thing you should be looking into first. That will give you more flexibility in anything to do with these kinds of toys. You can print a mount for the Handy that attaches to anything with a VESA adapter connection. You can print a sleeve holder that will hold a Fleshlight case, which itself can be adapted to hold almost anything within a typical size range. Or you can print something more custom for a particular sleeve.
When it comes to sleeves themselves, I’ve been heavily favoring Tomax ones for a while now. Especially the ones called “rich soft”. Beyond the sleeve itself, it’s possible to adjust its intensity with an elastic strap. For example, this, which you can cut to a particular length and add velcro to (using needle and thread, a skill you should acquire if you don’t already have it). Wrap that around the sleeve and it constrains the expansion, which affects sleeve tightness to a variable degree. Softer materials are less intense, but more realistic, and using the elastic allows you to increase intensity without going for a harder material that is, in turn, harder on you.
