Hey everyone!
Interactive toy support has been on our wishlist for PokeBreeder. We thought it could add another level of immersion to the game, but honestly, we had no idea how to approach the technical side.
That changed when @Morrigan introduced us to EDI, Intiface and this entire community. Suddenly, the idea started looking like something we could genuinely implement.
PokeBreeder is an adult monster-breeding ranch RPG, and its first public Tech Demo is now available:
Our idea is to eventually let the game communicate values such as the current action, rhythm, speed and intensity to compatible toys. This could make battles, training and other scenes much more immersive while remaining completely optional for players without connected hardware.
The integration is not included in the current Tech Demo yet, but it is something we genuinely want to explore. We would really appreciate your input, especially regarding devices, interfaces and how you would like a system like this to work.
A huge thank you to @Morrigan for showing us where to begin! ![]()
