Product Review -- Kiiroo Powershot + Kiiroo Keon

With the Black Friday sale, I decided to pick up the Kiiroo Powershot. The information I saw on the site indicated that it will work with my existing Kiiroo Keon. So, I thought I’d give it a try.

The Keon is a Bluetooth enabled stroker. It works with Heresphere, SLR, and with websites that have integration for the FeelConnect app. It holds a FeelStars toy (very similar to a FleshLight) and will move the toy up and down in sync with the video you are watching.

The Powershot is a portable, discrete “pocket pussy” with two vibrating motors. It does not currently integrate with Heresphere or with SLR; however, it will integrate with websites that support the FeelConnect app.

I did a basic test using adulttime.com earlier today. I connected the Keon and Powershot to FeelConnect app on my tablet, I opened the web browser to an interactive scene on adulttime.com, I clicked on the “Interactive” button on the scene’s webpage, and adulttime both linked the video to the FeelConnect app and also switched between apps from the web browser to FeelConnect. From there, I just played the video, and both toys worked simultanously.

Anyway, the instructions from Kiiroo about using the PowerShot with the Keon were (in my opinion) garbage. The images show putting the Powershot around the case for the Feelstars toy. I guess that might add slight vibration to the FeelStars toy, but given how much space exists between the FeelStars sleeve and the FeelStars case, I would not expect much transfer of the vibration sensation. Also, when I put the Powershot over the FeelStars case, it seemed to be stretching the Powershot case quite a bit. It’s soft and malleable (and I think it is silicone), but it still looked problematic. So, I looked for another option…

The front end of the FeelStars case has a removable ring. (If you buy the PowerBlow attachment, you need to remove this ring from the case to put in a different, tighter ring, which will provide a better air seal.) I removed the ring and discovered that the Powershot can be inserted into the FeelStars case. It is a bit of a tight fit, but it does work. However, you won’t be able to reach the power button on the Powershot once it is inside the FeelStars case.

I thought this would allow me to use both toys together, with the Powershot functioning as the sleeve of the FeelStars toy. And it partially worked. Unfortunately, the somewhat tight fit of putting the Powershot into the FeelStars case was not tight enough to move the Powershot up and down with the Keon stroker. So, i put the removable ring back in place.

The result was really great.

My lament is that until there is support for the Powershot on Heresphere or SLR, I will have a less optimal VR experience. The Powershot can be run in an automated mode using a custom pattern that the user creates in the app. So, I can have the Powershot doing its vibrating role while the Keon moves up and down in sync with the scene.

As a final note, because of the tight fit of the Powershot in the Feelstars case (which gets tighter when the removable ring is re-installed), the Powershot is a bit tight. So, if that isn’t what you’re looking for in a toy, that might be a problem.

Below is a photo of two FeelStars cases. The one at the top is with the case fully assembled. The one below is deconstructed. To remove the ring does require a bit of force. But with practice, it becomes easier.

Below is a photo of the Powershot next to a FeelStars sleeve. As you can see, the diameters are similar.

Below is a screenshot of the manual showing that the Powershot should go around the FeelStars case. (I highlighted the Powershot in the image to help it stand out.)

Here is how the Powershot around the FeelStars case looks. The two motors distort the shape of Powershot significantly.

And, in this configuration, the Powershot doesn’t actually fit inside the Keon.

So, instead, I inserted the Powershot into the FeelStars case (instead of using a FeelStars sleeve). Below are three photos…

Before inserting the Powershot into the case.

After inserting the Powershot into the case.

After re-installing the removable ring.

One final note, I am not employed by Kiiroo nor by any company associated with the adult industry. This is not a sponsored post. I’m just a fan of their products and wanted to let others know about the challenges and benefits I found with the Powershot.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
