With the new roll of the Handy 2 (which starts at firmware 4 by default) or if you updated your handy to FW4, you will find out that you are unable to connect to bluetooth for things such as intiface, very important for many game integrations.
However you can fix it very easily:
If you own the regular handy, go to new.handyfeeling.com and connect your device. On the left menu, configure settings, you will find the option to “check for beta versions or downgrade”. Downgrade your firmware to FW3 and you are good to go.
However, if you own the handy 2 or you want to stay on FW4, there is also an additional option. You can check this page to know more but in case it is changed or unavailable in the future I will paste part of its text:
How do I access the Legacy Bluetooth Mode?
For you to be able to connect using Legacy Bluetooth Mode, please follow these simple steps:

Hold Button UP

While holding UP, long press the Action button
That is it. If you fail to get it, try again, it took me 4 times to get the led in a blue sky color and then it worked correctly (handy 2) with Intiface.
