Regarding browser lag when scrolling down on posts

Because the forum can be browsed infinitely, I feel stuck after browsing a certain content section such as “Free Scripts” for a certain period of time. Sometimes it even affects the system and delays my mouse dragging. Do you also have this kind of trouble?Microsoft Edge

Never had this issue what are your specs?

If you are referring to the configuration of my computer:
CPU: Intel i5-10400F (6C/12T, 2.90GHz)
MOBO: ASUS PRIME H510M-K (H510 Chipset)
RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 2666MHz
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 12GB
I keep scrolling down until I see a post that might be of interest, open it to bookmark and download it finally close the page and then scroll down repeatedly but over time the page starts to lag. I don’t have too many pages open or saved at the same time

It looks like this might be related to your cpu try turning off and on hardware acceleration and using a different browser. Also see if you can change your settings to launch/run your browser with your gpu. If the issue still happens you need to upgrade your cpu or report the issue to @VladTheImplier showing logs etc and ask him to optimize the site for you or offer a mode that uses less resources?

This is a discourse thing I can’t fix.
Many forums use pagination or carousel loading to resolve this but discourse doesn’t unload content in a feed.

It does carousel load in threads so long threads aren’t an issue but scrolling a category or search for a long time will inevitably use up a lot of memory.

It’s not possible to add pages to discourse?

I looked it up a while back. It’s not a thing.
