Just bought the silent with a twist, any sleeve besides fleshlights im thinking using the onahole adapter
Considering getting the SR6. Is there any other mounting options to use it while lying on the bed. My current Keon Kiiron has a great pillow it attaches to that you can use while lying on the bed. Not to much a fan of sitting in front of a desk.
I only use my Handy and SR1 while lying in bed so Iām also looking for a similar set up for a multiaxis device. Maybe this would work. You could put it in front of you with your legs resting on top of the base.
i have a question for sr6 users. does the sr6 suffer from the same swing affect that the sr2 has? i had a sr2 and i remember when it was at top or bottom stoke it was no longer straight with my shaft. does the geometry of the 6 arms fix that?
Itās not an issue for the SR6. It moves on a straight line.
For an OSR2+ you could relieve that problem by restricting the L0 range to the middle. You may also link R2 (pitch) with L0 and adjust for a more natural movement.
(you donāt usually get straightly up-and-down movements in sex, so I consider that a feature rather than a flaw)
darn the sound test at first glance made me think you culd use the handy and attache it to the sr6 (i was just scrolling threw fast not reading)
Great review and in-depth effort. Thank you!
Rub joy robot kinda utilizes a similar strategy and it works well once set and tightened down. But to use a larger device like sr2 and others there needs to be larger ball sockets available The 1 inch balls are much better but even larger would really be busting.
Save your money the monitor stand will probably work just not all that comfortably
I actually already had that monitor stand so when I got my FunSR1 2.0 Twist, I tried mounting it to it. From what I remember it wasnāt a bad set up as far as just a hands free mount goes. After I locked it down, I stuffed a rolled up towel underneath the SR1 to prevent any kind of movement creep. The main reason I abandoned it was due to noise. Everything stayed locked down so there wasnāt any rattle. It just kind of made it generally noisier. It was like it acted as an amplifier.
Noticed the same with a monitor arm mount the Metal tube does no favors.
When using a straight vertical mount with a plate on the bottom like the example you listed once weight has been added aka dem ass checks the mounting section is no longer plum with the bed
This can be recreated buy laying a pillow on a bed and pressing firmly in the middle you will observe both ends of the pillow lift because the bed underneath has conformed to support the mass of da ass
Furthermore when going to a larger plate section not only is it more cumbersome it actually gains zero benefits from the larger footprint becomes less stable du to the bed not being compressed so every movement is being suppressed buy the bed itself squishing and rebounding
But this is just my experience maybe this plate size falls in some Goldilocks zone only recall trying 3 different bottom plate sizes small rub joy rounded acrylic med probably 13ā x 11ā and huge 3āā x 8ā
