I have a big problem with my scipts once I create my script I export it and test it with Script player and I have a gray bar that appears and the video with the script does not start and load indefinitely 
the script player doesn’t like *.webm file try to convert in mp4.
or you can use another player like media player classic or vlc
if that can help there is some link to configure external player
