I have recently worked on a project that allows users to customize Onaholes. I have successfully implemented the hardware aspect and developed the corresponding software. However, I encountered an issue: due to time and capability constraints, my software fails to enable users to design products that fully meet their satisfaction. Therefore, I am looking for partners who meet the following criteria:
Possess 3D design capabilities and creativity;
Have the intention to design Onaholes according to their own preferences;
Have experience with using a variety of Onaholes.
Software address:
On the left is the design drawing created by the user through the software,
in the middle is the high-temperature mold produced by 3D printing,
on the right is the actual realized effect.
How expensive is the material and how toxic are gases produced while curing? AFAIK without vacuum chamber the resulting product is very porous and will grow bacteria like crazy so the only option is to replace the toy after few days.
Idk about all that. Like I said, it’s a diy setup that I made following a video. I use the silicone AB mix you can get on amazon and such. It works fine. The set up involves forcing material into a mold with pneumatic tools. So air is forced out, and the excess material is trimmed after opening the mold. I have not had any issues with toxic fumes or pores or bacteria.
I have tried molding with silicone. Dont let anyone fool you, even with the softest of silicone on the durometer scale, it cannot compare the TPE. Not even close
