its this one SR6+Twist4+T-Valve+Universal adapter（Combo） – CraftyHandy
I’ve only used it twice and its a great machine but no longer required for myself
I want to sell it for £220 + P&P
you’ll get SR6+Twist4+T-Valve+Universal adapter, plus the Vesa 100mm Fan bracket
it does come with a power supply but if you’re from the UK like me you’ll need an Europlug adapter!
