What would this look like?
There is already volume control on audio strength. A meaningless feature in most cases. Most of the time this is just added because it was cheap to make and because they already made a music based feature.
Having voice controls to ask for increased strength or other things… feels too much like voice control on things like your phone, which to me privacy wise are horrible.
Having it run localy is a must here, but defeats the point towards a regular remote unless the remote for some reason isnt convenient (VR).
Adding AI into the mix, it would need something running localy again, which might work decently, but again: why not use a remote?
At best, some wireless controll that enables the pc to send commands would work here, which then acts like a more complex remote. But again, it depends on software privacy implementations. Here we at least can then install our own software in case the default isnt safe.
And what use cases can we use this for? If its just for askin faster/slower… thats a worthless feature to have. I can at best imagine a sex doll react to this. But this sounds like a waaaay to expensive feature for that.
Only when you want to mimic bdsm, then AI could be used to increase intensity here. But locking up yourself with AI randomness sounds like a very bad/dangerous thing. You would still need your classic fallback for emergencies.
However, some very basic voice control in VR could work as that does avoid you from having to touch the setting. This now in plenty of cases means either removing the headset, or force a visible ui within. A problem that in 2d videos is far less disrupting.
But again: the moment it sends anything online as command, its an automatic no-go. Regardless if it has to handle more complex things. A microphone recoding a sex session is a horrible idea as it is, and always sending that to a server can create severe problems.

I’ve said it before, but having the ability to yell “Uncle!” right after orgasm and force the Handy into a nice slow post-orgasm stroke would be a godsend.
I’m really not into post-orgasm torture and fumbling for buttons and cursors and controllers is no bueno --usually just end up yanking the power cord out of the Handy.
