Thinking of adding AI voice synthesis audio track for SexLikeReal videos.
Should be a big deal for Japanese videos speaking English (already coming with AI English subtitles).
Probably will come at extra cost.
I for one would not be interested.
If curious about what’s being said, subtitles. The original performance is what makes the audio appealing.
So I’d say don’t until the point the full quality of the performance can be preserved, and even then I’d still be hesitant due to the performers potentially being against it.
The YouTube audio dub feature has not been a smashing success.

Part of the allure and turn-on of VR is the person/s/performers in it using the space around you, the watcher, to whisper in your ear/s, speak to you directly, each other, to each other about you.
It’s ASMR and when done right is a huge turn-on, puts you into the scene, makes you believe the illusion. Personally I am ok with using subs for JaVR, I like to put my name into subs and things that make it more ‘personal’, whilst still keeping the translation close to what is being said.
It can make me go from uninterested to ultra-horny at the flick of a switch when it hits the sweet-spot for me. AI just doesn’t have that same effect and wouldn’t. I would know its been dubbed and not the sound from the scene. It would break the illusion for me.
