I use rubber bands to tighten up the sleeve in some areas. starting with a variety pack so you can test different sizes for the right size.
Gotta be careful though! Too tight and you run the risk of blocking it and ripping your sleeve with your dick. This is really good if your sleeve is getting loose. I have a girthy boy and I wear sleeves out fast so I had to come up with a way to make them last.
I also occasionally use Nerf darts I’ve cut in half to add rough texture. This goes well with sleeves that have voids. position the nerf dart in void and it usually stays pretty good. Otherwise that’s the biggest problem is keeping them positioned well. thick lube is better for this. Use slow scripts so you don’t sandpaper your dick raw.

I mostly use hard case sleeves so if I need to do something it’ll usually be to the case because I know the sleeve materials are developed to be the way they are for a reason.
I can add a boostcap/suction device to the outside of a case and take it off or mess with a case in general because if you buy multiple sleeves youll have spare cases. I’m not particularly willing to experiment with an $70+ sleeve. I accidentally deformed a sleeve because I was warming up a sleeve in a tall deli soup container of warm water and forgot about it for a bit and the sleeve was bent due to how it was sitting in the container. Eventually that bend became a weakpoint where a hole formed and I had to get a new one.
From what I understand its sketchy adding new materials on the inside of a sleeve because not all materials are the same. It might be porous and trap liquid and give mold even more of an area to grow in, it might react weirdly with the sensitive skin. I know nerf darts are mostly safe, but there are a lot of things that are safe on the outside, that once you shove inside it’ll start causing issues cause it’ll start interacting with bodily liquids on top of the lube.
I cut a hole in the end of the default handy sleeve to, uh, accommodate me. That’s about it.
This post reminds me of an onahole I used to have. It came with these little spiky balls that you were supposed to put inside it. Novel idea, terrible execution.

Yeah if those were like plastic or w/e and not something soft/rubbery, that sounds like a nightmare in practice. Cause you’d prob want something a bit more rigid than the sleeve to add texture or something, but if its hard then friction is gonna make that hurt.
I have owned this one too and for those haven’t I don’t recommend it. The toy itself feels pretty generic and is easy to forget.
The balls are elastic and will ended up in the end chamber (uterus), where it stimulates your glans. It’s kinky but not exactly comfortable. Makes extra steps during cleaning.
