SLR AI generated scripts: latest updates

I’m not sure exactly what you search use case is but…
Searching with the sex toy scripts tag does not produce results with AI scripts (maybe the scenes that have BOTH AI and handmade show).

Or you can hide the AI-scripted scenes:

In that case, I stand corrected - I was working from the “script tab”, where those filters aren’t present. I’ll give your method a shot.

Details -
In the below, there is no way to filter out the AI scripts, only filter TO the AI scripts.

Right, as far as I can tell they removed scenes that ONLY have AI scripts from the general “sex toy script” tag.

That page you snipped is actually hxxps://www.sexlikereal.com/tags/sex-toy-scripts-vr and should only show those scenes that have handmade scripts.
Of course that will also include those scenes that have both.

good to know. thank you for clearing that up for me.

it seems SLR have now disabled individual purchases of AI scripts?

At some point they made them free to download so people could help review them

yes for subscribers. I dont have a sub but could purchase scripts individually - now that has been removed

we removed PPV for scripts that didn’t pass QA

and look, there’re 1,000 scripts now

10 AI scripts downloads limit separate from 3 craft scripts download limit.

Oh yeah! I’ve been watching this like a countdown clock.

its appears to affect all AI scripts including the new ones just released. There used to be a price and option to purchase but now it is just a “Join Now” button.

Consider it a blessing. You really don’t want to be paying for these AI scripts.

@doublevr some of these AI scripts are good some of them are so so. I wanted to buy one in particular good one but I don’t see the ability to buy the good AI scripts in SLR. What gives? No plans to have AI scripts for sale?

Fixing that. Sorry about it

@doublevr thanks. just to let you know, i am comparing some of the AI scripts for scenes for which I have already made my own scripts. as i said in my post above, some of the are good, some are o.k. but many of them are sub-par and i have had to re-work them a lot. one common problem across all the AI script I have seen so far is that they still have not figured out how to handle dead time. the device is moving in a bothersome way even when there is no action. but i have no doubt we are not very far away from the time when these scripts are going to be right-out-of-the-box.

Thank you for feedback!
Also, we have added an option to buy these scripts individually

I ran a few and most of them were pretty good. Seems like the combination of grinding/mosaic stumps the algo though, barely any vertical movement. Grinding without mosaics is not as bad. For ground and pound cowgirl/mish scenes tho it works just great.

Sorry, but these scripts are not much better than the last ones, and are barely as good as the Handy generated nonsense we get at NAVR. It was clear to me last week, however, that you have decided they are “good enough” since you commissioned shills to review them and declared them finished even though they still had significant problems. Now you’re pumping them out by the thousands, while admitting that you can’t even do QA on them any more. Your forums are already starting to fill up with the same complaints - phamtom movements, jagged strokes, out-of-sync - that others have consistently complained about since the beginning, but I guess that’s just what we are going with now. It is pretty clear that you wanted to get in on some of the auto-generated money that NA and WankzVR was making, but wanted the whole pot for yourself rather than paying Handy to do it. Meanwhile, you flood the market with crap scripts while claiming “we nailed it” and craft scripters can’t get their scripts even reviewed in a timely manner while you destroy all incentive for them to market their work on SLR.

The whole thing is an abomination.

So they released a couple dozen AI made scripts for user testing. Users tested them and the response was overwhelmingly negative even though those supposedly went through the same QA as hand crafted ones and mind you the QA people on this very forum said the AI scripts would not have passed quality control if they were hand made. Now, using the same algorithm (maybe slightly tweaked) they release 1,000 AI scripts that likely are not going through QA at all, claiming they are “high quality” even though just about everyone can see that they are not. Why even ask for all this feedback on different forums? Asking for feedback doesn’t make the company consumer friendly if no action is taken on it. Seems like the original algorithm should have been improved on the initial videos first before applying it to 1,000 videos. The goal here is clearly to drive subscription numbers and not advancing the technology. Hopefully someone that cares about advancing AI scripting capabilities will crack the code on that someday.

You guys are being a tad dramatic lol. I see it like this. Are you an SLR+script subscriber? You now have 1000 more scripts you did not have before. Are you not a SLR+script subscriber? Then this could be construed as a marketing attempt to get more subscribers. So what? Spend your money or don’t nobody really cares. SLR is a for-profit org. Despite that, they have done a decent job moving the industry forward, at least in VR. Do some of the scripts suck? For sure, but they exist. If you want to see better quality, fire up OFS and get to work. Be the change you want to see.

Yeah, from the few scripts i’ve tried i can say that they aren’t great, but they aren’t terrible either and i could download them and fix them in probably half the time(or less) it would have taken me to script it from scratch.
