One or two doujin got scripted because they were kinda animated and dubbed.
Just to tackle something I have in my mind:
The idea of some kind of software making it possible to browse through pages of a manga/book/doujin, taking in account what page it is and play a script that’s attached to this page.
Plus you could change the speed so that you can follow depending on your reading speed etc…
