[Solved] New SR6 Issue - Not seeing more axes than the OSR2 in MultiFunPlayer

I just received my new SR6 All the Way bundle from YourHobbiesCustomized (previously owned an OSR2). When I connected it to MultiFunPlayer it showed up as a COM3 as the old OSR2 did, but when I connected it the new axes for the SR6 did not show up. I tried installing the CP210x drivers and restarting but that did not solve the issue. I am hoping someone here has run into this issue or knows how to fix it.

I tried enabling the rest of the axes in the setting. When I googled the issue I found one old thread where someone said installing the drivers above made it show as COM7 but that did not happen for me. Anyone have ideas?

Thanks in advance

I’m gonna ask the obvious thing here, but have you contacted the seller?

As lamp said contacting the seller is one of the first/main things to do since you just purchased it.

Also are your MFP settings like this then?:

As that’s how mine looks with my SR6 by default.

Also have you tried seeing if the same issue occurs with other players/controllers like EDI?

They were like this but I ticked the last few lines on because I had the associated modules. For some reason this morning it is working and I’m not sure out of what I tried fixed it but I’ll take it.
