The mount included with the device was too weak and I accidentally overtightened it and broke it. Can anyone recommend a sturdy mounting solution or suggest where to buy a replacement? I’m new to this and could use some guidance.
I own one, knew this was going to be an issue for me, thought ahead before purchasing.
Look into RAM mounts, specifically the 1.5 inch ball mounts. They were invented for marine applications and i’ve seen them used in the military. VERY sturdy and compact. Might never have a problem again(I haven’t, it’s been 3 months) Downside is you have to buy it in parts.

You don’t have to buy RAM Mount branded products, there are cheaper alternatives to the same system and they are interchangeable, if the ball joint loses grip you can either add electrical tape to the ball to increase diameter or lightly sand it to rough the edges.
