The Handy 2 – Final Update

Yeah, there have been some shipping delays now. We shipped the first batch out from our factory about two weeks ago, and the last batch today. We usually do sea freight from the factory to the warehouses, so it is a little new for us to ship bigger volumes by air. The US has a smoother customs process than the EU, so US customers will probably receive their orders first. Sorry for the delay; we are selecting the fastest option to expedite the process as soon as possible. But “any day” now!

I have no doubt in my mind that you’re doing your best. Thanks for the update!
Is it fair to assume that most super early birds will receive their package within 2 weeks?

For US customers, yes (no guarantees), but for EU and RoW, hopefully yes.

The frustrating part is that they made us believe our H2Pros was already sent to EU and should arrive this week but in reality they haven’t even left China yet. We were told multiple times in discord and on kickstarter no more delays, everything is going as planned.

At the start of this week when people were waiting for the H2Pro to arrive and get our shipping labels we are finally being told that there was actually more delays because the H2P more powerful motor took longer to manufacture than the regular H2 motor. Which whould have been okay if they told us about it earlier in any of the other shipping updates that they have made over the last few weeks…

I agree with you, the communication could have been much clearer, and I completely understand your frustration. I’m really sorry for the confusion this has caused. Please know that we’re doing everything we can on our side to speed things up and get your Handy to you as soon as possible.

I don’t follow them on multiple channels, but I don’t have the impression that they have tried to lie to anyone. They’ve been transparent about delays and several parts of this process being new to them. The packages are on their way now, and will reach the end user in 2 weeks - most likely.

Delays usually happen. Especially for kickstarter products.

I also see that Alexander has given a much more meaningful reply than I ever could.

I don’t think they purposely tried to lie to us either. The first shipment they sent to EU should arrive today to the EU warehouse. But what they didn’t tell us until the start of this week was that the EU shipment only had H2 regulars and no H2Pros because they took longer to make… If they told us 10 days ago when they first told us the EU shipment was being sent from China only had H2 normal version and that the H2Pro’s would be sent 2 weeks later from China it would have been fine.

I am sure they are doing everything they can to get us our H2s as fast as possible I just wish the communication would have been better.

the price will stay at 300 ? for the pro becaus its kinda crazy price no ? 300 handy + shipping + clearence i mean thats add up really quick

No, the price will increase slowly until launch. Then the prices will be 299 for normal and 499 for the Pro.

Did anyone receive Handy 2 already? Surprised I didn’t see any reviews yet.

Hi @handyalexander Any hope for a multy axis add on for handy 1 and 2? I own Handy 1
Are you doing research for multi axis support? For example rotation?

Just got the order confirmation email from them, still awaiting shipment confirmation for my Handy2 Pro.

The shipping fees for Early Bird backers should have been charged on September 11 but no charges have been made to my card. Any updates @handyAlexander ?

US customers with Regular Handy orders should already have their order confirmations, and Pro units are nearly through customs — we aim to start shipping them this week.

In the EU, Regular Handy will be ready for fulfillment within the next day or two, with Pro to follow early next week.

In HK, both Handy 2 and Pro are being set up in the warehouse now, and we expect fulfillment to begin within the next couple of days.

For the handy website, buying the standard at a 30 percent discount says it will ship from march 2026
Is that a guarantee it will be from that date, is there a chance it may be sooner.

Seems a long time to wait

Got mine today as super early bird in EU.

Currently I don’t have time to test it extensively and a review by me would porbably only surface level so not better than the existing content creators that made reviews for the initial kickstarter promo.

Got mine yesterday as well, also EU super early bird. Good first impression! Will give it more tests in the next days. Big review probably ~ mid next week!

Have a good play with it
Looking for your review and tests.
Want to prepare some « HandyPro overclocked » scripts from my previous works, to use with mine certainly in November, but don’t know yet what speed min/max limits or mininium duration to use instead in OFS :stuck_out_tongue:

3 uses so far:

Have to test the overclock more. I already enabled it and gave it a short test today. Need to test it more though. I keep in mind to deliver actual numbers in the review.

I run into a bit of a problem with the strapping / holder system. I don’t think it’s ideal. The sleeve always rubs / flaps / collides with the device (head of the sleeve), which is quite annoying. The holder is too close to the device. Because of this, the movement isn’t as smooth as it could be. But I need to test it more to confirm. Also, the strap is quite short. Hard to properly strap anything else than sleeves to the Handy 2. Even strapping a smaller Onahole to the Handy 2, isn’t ideal. I already replaced the standard strap with a different strap.

I’ve tested mine 5 times so far with maxmium overclock on and it certainly feels like it does 1mm/s and it can go over 1000mm/s (that’s just crazy fast though, but it certainly goes up to those speeds).

If a script is made with smoothness and speed points in mind, then those are felt clearly now. Pretty immersive! What I also noticed is that vibrations are more smooth, will have to try if upping those speeds will make them more lively again. Those feel very smooth now with less shaking which can hamper the fun.

Device also gets pretty hot after a while but that’s given with the friction and battery inside. Battery itself holds up. I only fully charged up once and had it running for almost 3 hours now and it still holds up even with overclocking.

The mounting nuts are good too. I saw someone in Discord having issues, but I used an ElGato mount and it held up well. Have to buy a more flexible one though, but it’s cool to have the option now.

Device itself feels really premium, easy to clean, the LED matrix is nice, the silicon also feels good.

I agree with the sleeve attachment though. The band is way too short and the part where you mount the sleeve is too close to the device and with that your dick. Feels nerfed if you can’t get a correct angle etc. but I saw in Discord that there is already a file to print the incoming better attachment so I’ll look out for that. Should solve a lot of issues in that regard.
