I made this to solve the simple problem of needing a mounted plate for the Handy 2, that was sturdy, didn’t move when in operation and allowed for movement.
The ergonomic design allows for standard two 35mm width belts for waist and lower waist or the better more stable mounting solution, 2 leg mounts and one waist mount.
It features a longer clip mount for the handy, which you can put a magnet in if you want to make it function the same as the original, but it should snap in nicely.
The longer clip mount is used because the base unit + the angle of the device adds a few cm to the height of the Handy, resulting in a less deep stroke, the clip solves this by moving the mounting point for the toy lower.

3D printing settings
Main body & Nut head printed in PLA, 0.2mm layer height and 4 wall loops, no supports.
Clip on printed in PLA 0.16 layer height and 4 wall loops, tree supports.
Once printed, remove supports, including the one at the rear of the main plate, thats integrated using a flat head screwdriver in the slot, add the smaller bolt in the bottom of the base, the longer one in the nut, then tighten the handy to the base.
The bottom bolt can be hand tightened.
Clip on the increased length slider, and you’re ready to use.
You can grab it here if you want for 5 Euro.
