The Handy Frimware 4

After downloading firmware 4 my Handy shit the bed, contacted customer support because i couldn’t downgrade. They told me it was a mechanical issue and my warranty expired so i had to buy a new one. Imagine my suprise when i get my new handy in the mail and the main screw isnt greased properly so it sounds extremely mechanical and after updating to firmware 4 again not only did it not properly follow the scripts but the buttons did not do what they were supposed to. Power button doesnt turn off the device, and the mode button doesnt turn on wifi mode when pressed. After downgrading, it works fine but im just extremely disappointed that i had to buy a new whole device simply because of a firmware update.

Fw 4 you have to hold the button a bit longer and not just push it

Its actually very frustrating because with the update it took awhile for me to figure out how to even enable bluetooth again with scriptplayer on v4. They should really have a video tutorial at this point. Which for those who don’t know its apparently hold up on the up dpad on the device and hit the bluetooth/wifi button at the same time and hold. Why this change was made I would like to know because personally I think being able to switch from manual/wifi/bluetooth is one of the most important features the device should be able to do easilly next to its stroke function. And now hitting right on it seems to increase or decrease stroke length. I would use v3 but my handy randomly shuts off in v3 on Bluetooth now.
