my reason for the dislike that its paid is that the mod is mostly cubilink which is made by someone else And you have never made any free scripts that i could see there are a lot of other games on the cubilink thread are all free and you are one of if not the first to ask for money for it by having all your content behind a paywall you can do what you want ofcourse but when i look at it its taking a tool made by somebody else for the communty making a mod of it paywalling it and never done any other free content it feels like its just for the money since your only 3 works are paywalled

Though it might look like I am just taking advantage of the CubiLink, but back then I was the first one who created the multi-bind and auto-load tools during the CubiLinkV2 stage, to link up to multiple parameters and without manually switching templates in different scenes; which got implemented in CubiLinkV3 as two of the major feature improvements.

And as I mentioned earlier, with only the CubiLinkV3 won’t work perfectly in this game.

I personally don’t really care about the credits. Having the best experience inside the game is what matters to me. That’s why I took steps further and developed more tools to make every idea come true.

Felt the need to reply to this post about the whole situation i dont see any reason for people to be mad that this is not free! yes its based on a free tool! Make it your self then. Personally i paid in patreon for this and thats fine its just $5 i have no problem supporting anyone that takes his personal time to deliver something and tbh theres a lot of game mod scripts that should have been paid to begin with like @to4st and @ZeroScripts works i can name a whole lot but you get the gist! I think because this is the first time someone put a paywall behind gamescripts that some people complained about it that it might be the start of more paid content but personally i see it more like supporting someone with a small donation for something he took time to make! its not that deep nobody forcing you to buy it and i find it a bit ironic for people to say i have no money while owning stroking devices and sleeves get your priorities straight :) ! i hope this doesnt offend anyone just wanted to share my thoughts about the topic!

If this was in the paid scripts category I would have no problem with it there is no paid scripts section for where op is posting. I think users should be allowed to purposefully look for paid content they shouldn’t have to read a post in a category that has historically never had paid content to find out that it’s paid. I also don’t think all content inherently needs to be paid and that people should have to pay for content it’s not about “having no money”

I totally agree with the first point! What should be paid or not its on the creator that makes it and if someone is feeling the need to make some money of the hours they put into it thats fine by me! About the category thing i would like to see a different section for paid game integrations for sure !

Thank you so much for the support and for understanding the situation from a creator’s perspective. It really means a lot. Like you said, putting time and effort into developing, testing, and maintaining these scripts takes real personal time. Nobody is forced to buy it.

I believe that there is absolutely no problem with creators selling their scripts or mods for a fee. However, it seems that people made such comments because the original creator initially had a ‘free script’ tag. I actually tried clicking on it myself as well, since it was labeled as a free script. Personally, what I find unfortunate is that it is completely impossible to predict this creator’s script style. I am currently subscribed to ten script creators, and in most cases, they all sparked interest through free scripts, making people want to experience their paid scripts as well.
