A thread dedicated towards reviews for the OSR2+ & SR6 units that I sell overhereon Eroscripts.
Considering Eroscripts have made a new subcategory dedicated just for reviews I thought it would make sense to finally create a thread as many of my customers have kindly left reviews on my sales page.
Please feel free to write anything that bugs you, things I could improve? Your feedback really helps me because without it I won’t change anything and my horizons will be capped. Please feel free to be as critical and harsh as possible -entire process, entire experience. The OSR2+ is a great product innovated by @Tempest but I will try to introduce as many in-house/third party modifications that improve upon a great product.
Finally thank you to everyone who has trusted me in manufacturing and assembling an OSR2+ for them. Your trust has enabled me to continue this hobby and allows me to combine my electrical know-how, 3D printing, 3D design and desire to tinker & improve into something I can concentrate toward. Each customer has my full commitment and I am sure if you are reading this thread I can confidently say if you do decide to take the next step with me you will be happy with your purchase. Thank you .
A little guide if you’d prefer. If you don’t wish to write a lot you can ignore this anything you write helps bring legitimacy & is honestly appreciated, thank you.

Hi, I’m here to review a recently purchased OSR2+ Vespera release unit.
The whole process was pretty straight forward and I commend Vespera on his professionalism and support. He guided me through a myriad of choices on how to customize the robot… design, materials, power supply, adapters, etc. When you receive the toy, you also get a sort of quick start guide, which I recommend paying attention to, since it involves some basic setup and maintenance information that will probably save you some headaches.
Communication was pretty good and timely, delivery discreet, and overall a helpful seller. I’ve only used the toy once, and I’m likely to have some hiccups, which is to be expected since this isn’t a mass produced product. There’s a level of tinkering and somewhat of a learning curve that one agrees on taking here, but if you’ve ever tried any other toys like The Handy, rest assured that this thing is 100 times a better experience, specially with the multiaxis scripts.
I’ll be following the forum and I’m looking forward to trying new scripts.
From my first email enquring about the OSR2+, all I received was professionalism. I was sent a list of colours, textures, designs and even a sketch to go on the device. Basically, I could design it to look how I wanted and Vespera makes sure you get what you ask for.
Communication was spot on, replies were quick and knowledgeable and always answered the questions I needed.
Once I received the device, within the hour, I made an error, I spoke to Vespera, who was supurb and helpful. I was asked to send the device back, where I paid for new repairs (at a better price than I deserved) I was kept updated and the device was sent back to me.
Vespera sent me a link to the power supply which is best for the device, which I purchased immediately.
In the box was a small thank you note and a quick start guide, which was very helpful to get everything set up and started.
Vespera was nothing but amazing throughout the entire process and I highly recommend for any purchases.
Thank you for the product and your help throughout, especially with the big issue I had.
Recently received my OSR2+ from vESPera and I’m thrilled.
Process was detailed and straightforward, I was offered a great range of color options and customization - I went for the twist option as well.
Communication was clear, prompt, knowledgeable and inspired confidence in the final build quality.
Small package changes in the US made the shipping a little trickier than it should have been, but it arrived intact and with spare parts a little later than expected.
I would only mention the packing left a little to be desired. The unit was undamaged - but I know this is luck. Just in the future, know if an item can move around inside a box, it can get damaged… a little more paper or bubble wrap to fill voids would ensure every unit shipped will arrive without issue in the future. Spare arms and Quickshot adapter were both loose and out of their bubble pouch.
The device was ready to go right out of the box. Following the thoughtful guide sent with the device, setup was a snap. I’m a Mac user and any issues I was having were with getting XTplayer working right.
Sound wise, i can tell these are quality servos. I left it running, went to get some water, and with the door just partially closed, I couldn’t hear it from another room. With the door closed, I could listen outside and pick up the sounds, but it wasn’t distinct or loud. With headphones on, only the Twist was louder.
I purchased from Vespera late 2024, when I think they were only dabbling in selling OSR2s. Ordering and payment was straightforward, and they gave me updates on the printing progress. There was a few issues with misprints but I did get the device after around 10 days.
On the whole I was reasonably happy. The lid for the twist servo was broke upon arrival, with no real solution given. Not a huge deal. I don’t know if they have switched to a screw down lid now, but that would be a good improvement.
After around a month the right servo died. Vespra sent me a new one, and that had the same fate after a month or two. Bear in mind, this was 20kg reds, which I now know absolutely suck. Credit to Vespera, it seems they use nice coreless servos in all their devices now, so it’s unlikely anyone will have similar issues. I also ended up on these servos, they are the best all round.
I didn’t get any spare parts with my order, it seems other people do now.
I was around 6/10 happy with my experience, but it seems the build quality and service has 10x improved since I ordered in Nov 2024. As of now in September 2025, I would have no hesitations ordering for Vespera. It’s clear that they have made big improvements, the new devices look awesome!
Yep those were the early days of Ender 3 and any servos to create OSR2 movement – since then so much has been changed, modified & re-fined. Thank you however for writing a review upon your own accord and endorsing me. I am more than happy to give you a 20% off discount from my new units considering you were one of my earliest supporters and as a sincere thank you for getting me started Just send me a DM
